Salon Owner or Manager
If you're interested in “being your own boss” in this industry then you should consider becoming a salon owner or manager. You could be in charge of all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into running a business, from hiring and training personnel to payroll, inventory control, sales, and marketing. It's a big task, but with experience and commitment, you could do it!
Fashion Stylist
If you aspire to work in the fashion or entertainment industry, you could be in charge of creating new styles and looks for photo shoots, runway shows, television, movies, and more. The fashion industry is always looking for forward-thinking, creative beauty professionals!
Educator
After you've gained more experience in the industry, you could go back to school to become a certified educator, and then teach future cosmetologists and estheticians.
